A bit about me: I’ve been a Life Coach, Yoga Educator & Wellness Guide, supporting women in midlife, for almost 35 years. Now that I’m in midlife myself, I’m even more passionate! :-)
In comes: Midlife Reimagined.
I believe we all have a bit more inside of us but we need to take great of us with intention to move forward with more ease.
Join me as we explore ways to feel better in our bodies, clearer in our minds and begin to call in the life we are feeling drawn to.




This space was created for women in midlife who are craving something different and want something more.
Less pressure.
Less overwhelm.
Less starting over. (No more, “I’ll start again on Monday!”)

possibility - oh, yes!
and a wellness practice that actually supports the life you want to create.
Because I don’t believe wellness is separate from the rest of your life.
Your energy impacts your mindset.
Your nervous system impacts your manifesting.
The way you care for your body impacts your confidence, clarity, and capacity to build what’s next.
Everything is connected.
Midlife Reimagined :: in a nutshell
If you are here, it’s because you want to reimagine midlife. You might be here because you want more energy or want to enjoy your day to day more or you feel you have more life to give but don’t know where to start.
OR you may not know what you need you just know it’s not where you are now.
I see our work in midlife as a 3-step process - done in order, but you can stop at any step if you feel good! (I’ll explain more below.) Everything I share will fall within one or more of these categories (and I am working on creating vaults for each one for paid subscribers - scroll down.)
Step 1: Restore
Restore your energy, health, wisdom, and well-being.
This phase helps you regulate your nervous system, restore your vitality, and create a solid foundation for change.
When you feel better, you think more clearly, make better decisions, and have the energy to create a life you love.
Once you restore, you’ll have the energy and the bandwidth for Step 2.
Step 2: Reclaim
Reclaim your power, voice, and choices.
Take an honest look at the life you’ve built, evaluating where we are now and what it is we really want. Take stock.
This phase helps you examine your relationships, commitments, habits, beliefs, and priorities. What still fits? What was chosen by default? What are you ready to change? It’s also where you reclaim your voice, embody your power, building your “I deserve this!” energy. Then you’ll be ready for the next step! and begin making conscious choices about the next chapter.
Step 3: Reimagine
Create your most vibrant chapter yet.
With greater energy, clarity, and self-trust, you’ll design a future that feels meaningful, exciting, and aligned with who you are now—not who you were expected to be.
NOTE: Before you consider the 3-step process I share, think about this: Yes, it’s 3 steps, but it doesn’t mean you need all of them. They definitely go in order, so start with step 1. BUT you may find that is all you need. Once you feel completely, heart-centered satisfaction, you can hold pat. :-)
